Detail London is committed to making its website and recruitment services accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

The website is designed and reviewed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA in mind. Detail London is also committed to meeting its obligations under the Equality Act 2010, including making reasonable adjustments where required.

USING THE WEBSITE

The site is designed to be clear, readable and usable in different ways.

Accessibility is considered as the website is designed, updated and maintained.

This includes keyboard navigation, screen-reader use, colour contrast, text readability, headings and page structure, alternative text for meaningful images, links, buttons, forms and use across desktop and mobile devices.

Detail London aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility will continue to be reviewed as the website changes and new content or functionality is added.

ACCESSING DETAIL LONDON'S SERVICES

If a Client or Candidate needs a reasonable adjustment or an alternative way to access a service, David is happy to discuss it.
Detail London aims to make its recruitment services accessible to both Clients and Candidates.

This includes seeking to ensure that Candidates are not disadvantaged by the way a role is advertised, an application is submitted, or an interview or other stage of the recruitment process is conducted.
It also includes making reasonable adjustments for Clients who may need an alternative way to access information, communicate with Detail London or use its services.

If a reasonable adjustment is needed, David can discuss what would help. Where reasonably required, information can also be provided in an alternative format or another way of accessing a service can be arranged.
